To book classes, you must access the corresponding section through the external links provided by Covalingua "classroom" tool.

Remember that the class schedule will correspond to your time zone.

We offer 12 months to enjoy the classes from the moment that the purchase process is completed. The company considers that in this time interval is more than enough to take advantage of the course (which on average lasts two months).

In the event that this limit is exceeded, access to the remaining classes will be lost and the money will not be refunded.

Covalingua's platform allows you to change classes as long as you allow at least 24 hours notice.

The student may also cancel classes (and postpone them if he/she wishes) as long as it is done at least 24 hours before the agreed time. If the student is unable to cancel a class due to a lack of time to do so, the class will be considered as given and the student will not receive any refund for it.

The company will not provide compensation for products or services purchased that customers return, other than the amounts specified in the signed quotation in case of winning a lawsuit. There is no refund, only an exchange policy on the language services provided by Covalingua. Clients agree to hold the company harmless from any claims brought by third parties.

Throughout the course, the student will receive complementary support material for the correct development of the learning process. Such material may not be shared, sold or distributed in any other way to third parties outside Covalingua.

In the event of possible connection problems on the part of both the student and Covalingua, the following process will be followed:

• In the event that the failure in the connection is on the part of Covalingua (both referred to the platform and the teacher) the student will ALWAYS be able to change the date and time of the class, but will not get a refund.
• In the event of a connection failure on the part of the student, the student may reschedule the class if it is the first time that this occurs. If this problem persists in subsequent classes, it will be considered a no show on the part of the student and he/she will not be entitled to a refund for the class.
